Warrington firm appoints Everett from Taylor Woodrow

Fit-out and building maintenance business, Morris & Spottiswood, has appointed Liz Everett as its new business development manager.

Everett joins the Warrington-based company having started her career as regional marketing co-coordinator with James R Knowles, progressing to become business development manager with Taylor Woodrow.

Chris Saxton, chief executive of Morris & Spottiswood, said: "We are delighted to have brought Liz in with her experience to bolster our already strong team. Liz will help to raise the company's profile on a regional level as well as assist with managing national clients."

Everett added: "This is a great opportunity for me to drive an established brand forward, securing repeat business clients and maintaining a robust order book. As a company they mirror me well. They're fun; they're enthusiastic and most importantly they're professional."

Morris & Spottiswood completed the commercial fit-out of the offices at One Park West for Grosvenor, which are part of the Liverpool One complex, and has also worked with Merseyside Pension Fund and CB Richard Ellis in Liverpool.
