Warner lets 90,000 sq ft industrial unit in Liverpool
Warner Estate's Ashtenne Industrial Fund has let a 90,000 sq ft distribution facility at Fallows Way in Huyton.
The industrial asset management business is part of Warner Estate Holdings and managed by Aviva Investors.
An undisclosed occupier has agreed for a term of ten years.
In addition, Ashtenne Industrial Fund has secured occupiers for a further 50,000 sq ft at the Speke Hall Industrial Estate.
The estate is included within the portfolio of Space Northwest, the industrial investment joint venture between Ashtenne and the North West Development Agency.
Sarah Lindsay, who is regional director at Warner Estate and responsible for AIF's North West portfolio, said: "To have secured at least 140,000 sq ft of industrial lettings in the midst of such challenging market conditions is remarkable. The 90,000 sq ft deal at Fallows Way is particularly pleasing and is testament to the hard work, commitment and determination of the AIF regional team in our Liverpool office.
"The team continues to be busy, with negotiations at an advanced stage on a further 30,000 sq ft of space in the region. These deals all prove that where there is clear commitment from both parties, positive occupation transactions are still possible."
Fallows Way is situated adjacent to the M57 and within two minutes of the intersection of the M57 and M62 motorways.
