Warmer Heating expands in Knowlsey

Warmer Heating has taken 13,500 sq ft at Overbrook Court in Knowsley Business Park, Merseyside.

The company, which installs heating systems, is undergoing a period of expansion with a move to larger premises in Knowsley, located close to its existing base at Knowsley Industrial Park.

Consisting of 9,000 sq ft of warehouse space and 4,500 sq ft of office space, Warmer Heating said the new property is twice the size of its current headquarters.

Phil Warren, managing director of Warmer Heating, bought the property for £800,000, following the company's recent takeover of Lancashire-based central heating and renewable energy solutions firm IQ Energy.

Bryan Glendinning, commercial director at Warmer Heating, said: "We've outgrown our current base, in terms of the volume of business we're doing, as well as staff, so it's the start of an exciting new chapter for Warmer heating."

CB Richard Ellis advised on the move which is expected to take place within six weeks.

Warmer Heating also has a base in Northumberland.
