Following the refurbishment of five units, the estate in Worsley is 100% occupied with headline rents reaching £6.75/sq ft.
Work has taken place over 18 months on a revamp programme, with units of 9,000 sq ft to 20,000 sq ft being refurbished. All are now let with incoming tenants including telecoms firm Clearcomm Group and welding equipment wholesaler Wilkinson Star.
B8 Real Estate acted as the sole letting agent for the landlord.
Wardley Industrial Estate comprises 18 units and is situated directly off the A580 East Lancs Road, less than a mile from the M60 in the Salford suburb.
Existing tenants on the wider estate include Wolseley Managed Services and Bespoke Acoustic Solutions.
