Waldron House sold to PMK Investments

Property consultant Jones Lang LaSalle has sold the 12,000 sq ft Waldron House warehouse and production facility to PMK Investments for an undisclosed sum.

JLL acted on behalf of Begbies Traynor, administrators for the site's former owner Westshield Homes.

Waldron House, which is currently vacant, is situated less than half a mile from the M60 orbital road in Chadderton, Oldham and also includes a two-storey office building.

Dan Burn, director from the industrial and logistics team at Jones Lang LaSalle in Manchester, said: "The sale generated strong interest from potential purchasers from across the North West market given its close transport links.

"Reflecting the strength of demand for assets of this quality in the regional market, the bidding process between suitors came down to best and final offers."
