Waitrose picks HOW for new stores

Manchester-based consultancy HOW Planning has been appointed on three schemes for Waitrose.

HOW is providing planning advice and preparing planning applications for Chester's Boughton Centre, in Northwich town centre and in South Shrewsbury.

Gary Halman, partner at HOW Planning, said: "Waitrose has just announced exciting plans to open many more new stores throughout the UK and these three schemes will form part of their expansion strategy, further enhancing their presence in the North of England."

HOW also advises Marks & Spencer, Sainsbury's, B&Q and Lidl.
