Vinco plots four apartment blocks on Freemasons Row
A planning application has been submitted to Liverpool City Council for four residential buildings on Freemasons Row, made up of 656 flats for the private rented sector.
The proposals by Vinco Group would see the demolition of existing properties on the plot, and the construction of four interconnected blocks of between 11 and 15 storeys.
There would be 358 one-bed apartments, 260 two-bed, 40 studios, six townhouses and ground floor commercial units.
Subject to planning consent, Vinco is hoping start on site by late 2017.
Falconer Chester Hall is the architect.
Vinco recently had its plans for 60 apartments in Aigburth, also designed by Falconer Chester Hall, approved by Liverpool City Council.
The Liverpool-based company was established in 2014, and is led by chief executive Tony Kenny, and recently appointed managing director Glyn Thomas.

I wonder what’s going to happen with the low density housing on Fontenoy Street (partially displayed in the artists impression) , Christian Street and over in Upper Frederick Street as the city centre starts to expand outward and upward. Could be interesting times!

Leeds Street is the road to the cruise liners and all the new ‘North Shore’ developments. This is gonna be the hottest area as it all opens up to the extended waterfront with views of Liverpool Bay.
