VIDEO | Carillion shows progress at Moda’s Angel Gardens

Carillion and Moda Living have revealed progress at the 36-storey Angel Gardens development in Manchester.

Forming part of the NOMA neighbourhood, the £154m project started on site in spring this year and is on course to complete over two phases in 2019 and 2020.

Alongside 466 apartments for private rent, the development also includes a gym, cinema, restaurants, shops, and a roof terrace.

Angel Gardens is the first scheme to be delivered by Moda with its joint venture funding partner Apache Capital Partners
