Venture fund appoints legal advisers
Three panels of legal advisers have been selected to advise the £185m North West Fund for energy, biomedical, digital and creative firms.
The four-year panel covers three lots: investment and funding, employment law and intellectual property. Brabners Chaffe Street and Laytons were the only firms appointed to all three.

The North West Fund provides debt and equity finance from £50,000 to £2m to small and medium sized businesses based in, or relocating to, the North West of England to start, develop and grow.
