Liverpool-based auctioneer Venmore will offer 75 lots at its next sale, which it says is higher than any other in the city this year.
Among the investment properties is Lot 4, a period detached residential property in Kensington in the city centre that has been refurbished and has the potential to be transformed into eight, one-bedroom flats or four, three-bedroom flats. The estimated rental value for this would be £70,760 a year. The property has secure electronic gated access and a large rear garden. The guide price is £299,000.
Another is Lot 17, a three-bedroom end terrace in Woolton, south Liverpool. Starting at a guide price of £79,000, the property currently generates a rental income of £6,900 a year.
Nick Ball, head of auctions at Venmore comments: "It is fantastic to see that we have the highest number of lots available for September's auction. The auction will be held on Wednesday 14 September at 1.00pm at the Hilton Hotel in Liverpool One.
