Vehicle repair company takes warehouse in St Helens

AJ Motors has taken a 2,000 sq ft unit at Linkway Distribution Park in St Helens.

The vehicle repair company has signed a twelve-month lease for an undisclosed sum.

Linkway Distribution Park is owned by Suttons Distribution and occupies an 18-acre site and includes 430,000 sq ft of warehouse space.

Suttons Distribution is part of the Sutton Group.

Agents for Linkway are Cushman & Wakefield.

The two Liverpool-based residential experts have merged their letting operations and formed a new joint venture in the process.

Marchmont Investment Management has acquired the 10-acre site at Alchemy Business Park, most of which is leased to Amazon.
