Utiligroup signs in Chorley

Utiligroup, a subsidiary of Darwen-based energy adviser Bglobal, has taken 8,722 sq ft of refurbished offices at Alliance House in Clayton Green Business Park with Threadneedle Property Investments.

The new tenants have taken the premises on a 10-year lease with Robert Pinkus & Co and Canning O'Neill acting on behalf of the landlord.

Danny Pinkus, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co, said: "This is a welcome signing to the popular South Ribble business park and we are pleased to see such a high calibre tenant moving into the site. The premises have been recently refurbished to a very high standard, and with close proximity to all major road and motorway networks, Alliance House proved to be an attractive solution to Utiligroup's office requirements."

Clayton Green Business Park is near junction 9 of the M61 and junction 2 of the M65.
