Manchester-based residential property management company urbanbubble has recruited Debbie Yarrow from rival Braemar Estates as head of operations.
At urbanbubble she will lead the property management side of the business, reporting directly to managing director Michael Howard. She will be responsible for a team of over 40 people, including four property managers.
In addition to upholding and improving customer service levels, Yarrow, who is an associate member of the Institute of Residential Property Management, will oversee the professional development of her colleagues, through urbanbubble's bespoke in-house management development programme, and the IRPM and Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors programmes.
Meanwhile, Farah Bahsoon joined as digital and marketing manager, having worked at urbanbubble as a social media intern during the course of her MSc in International Public Relations and continued to work as a social media freelancer. She will oversee the delivery of the company's new website and ongoing marketing activity.
urbanbubble was set up in 2008 by Michael Howard. Based in Manchester's Northern Quarter, urbanbubble employs 49 people. The company provides a range of services to developers, landlords and residents, with the principle aim of ensuring residential developments are managed and maintained to the highest standards.
Michael Howard, managing director, said: "I am thrilled Debbie and Farah have joined us at such a significant time in the growth of urbanbubble. Debbie's experience will be invaluable as she leads our property management operation to deliver excellence across all of its activity and I know she will fit right in with our team and customers.
"Having recently celebrated our fifth birthday, we have big plans for the future of urbanbubble and I know Debbie and Farah will have intrinsic roles to play in our development."
