urbanbubble adds 1,000 units to portfolio

Manchester-based residential property management firm urbanbubble has secured contracts to manage a further 1,000 units.

Residential management companies at Advent apartments in Manchester, Muse Developments' Smithfield Estate, also in Manchester, and Pulse in Old Trafford appointed urbanbubble.

Advent will add a total of 385 units to urbanbubble's portfolio, with work beginning on 1 September. The Smithfield Estate will see a further 268 units come on board from 1 October, with a further 80 currently under construction. Pulse in Old Trafford comprises 117 apartments.

In addition, Right To Manage applications will see urbanbubble take over responsibility for 201 units for a site in Manchester Piccadilly and 180 units in Preston from December.

Michael Howard, managing director of urbanbubble, said: "We have worked hard this year to ensure that the business is in a place to take on the volume we are experiencing; we have doubled up on office space, invested significantly in technological innovations and employed a further nine staff. It is our ability to deliver the quality of service that we do, whilst achieving good growth levels that ensures our success."
