Urban Splash hires JLL director

Urban Splash has recruited JLL Leeds residential director Guy Ackernley to manage sales and lettings at developments including hoUSe in Manchester, Smith’s Dock in North Shields, Park Hill in Sheffield and Lakeshore in Bristol.

Ackernley is set to join Splash in the autumn and will be based at the head office in Manchester. Splash has a pipeline of 2,000 new units.

In addition, Urban Splash has appointed development managers Chris Monkman from Lidl in London, and Chris Shaw, who joins from Manchester-based AA Projects.
