Uni names M&E partners

Lancaster University has appointed four companies to a mechanical and electrical consultancy design services framework.

The university expects to use the framework to support £20m of major works in the next four years and £14m of minor works.

Thirty companies tendered for the work and the lowest offer was £2,300 and the highest was £266,000.

The companies awarded a place on the framework were:

  • Ove Arup & Partners, Liverpool
  • Couch Perry & Wilkes, Leeds
  • Hoare Lea, Manchester
  • WYG Engineering, Trafford Park
