Under Armour signs with Bridge

Bridge Properties' renovated office building, 52 Princess Street, in central Manchester is fully let after US sports clothing brand Under Armour agreed a lease on 7,300 sq ft.

The grade 2-listed building contains 36,000 sq ft of offices. Under Armour will occupy the fourth floor on a five-year lease.

The letting follows recent deals with charity Save the Children, which took 2,819 sq ft on a 15-year lease, and social work recruitment agency, Liquid Personnel, which signed for 4,400 sq ft on a five-year lease.

Existing occupier Havas Lynx agreed to take an additional 1,800 sq ft on top of its original 14,000 sq ft which saw the lease extended until 2021.

Bridge Properties renovated the building in 2009. The former cotton warehouse was built in 1897.

Canning O'Neill and Edwards & Co represented Bridge Properties. Under Armour was unrepresented.
