Ultimate Finance Group leases new Manchester office

Ultimate Finance Group has occupied a 1,500 sq ft office at Bilsdale Properties' 80 Mosley Street in St Peter's Square, Manchester.

The invoice finance provider has signed a five year lease for an undisclosed sum.

Morley-based property development company, Bilsdale Properties, is a subsidiary of Downham Properties.

Offices are still available to let at 80 Mosley Street. King Sturge are letting agents.
