UBM signs at Acresfield
Marketing and events company UBM has taken 5,200 sq ft at Aberdeen Asset Management’s Acresfield in St Ann’s Square, moving its Manchester team from Portland Street.
The company is transferring its team of 52 from two separate offices at 113-115 Portland Street to one space on the first floor of the Acresfield building, on a ten year lease with a break in year five, at £18.50/sq ft.
OBI Property acted for Aberdeen Asset Management. Andrew Rands of JLL acted for UBM.

Savills and OBI Property are joint leasing agents.
Two suites of 1,700 sq ft and 6,100 sq ft remain available at Acresfield.
