UAD architect Steve Unwin dies

Architect Steve Unwin, founder of Unwin Architecture & Design and formerly an associate director of AFL Architects, has died.

Unwin left Manchester-based AFL to set up UAD, based on Cook Street, Liverpool, in late 2006. His clients included Maghull Developments and UK Land & Property.

The cause of death was not disclosed. His funeral took place in Chorlton last Thursday.

Very sad news. I went to Manchester Poly with Steve where he was by far the best student in my year, every year, and has obviously continued being brilliant!
