Txtlocal occupies Dodleston House

PPLS Developments has let 1,451 sq ft to the mobile communications firm at the office building located within Bell Meadow Business Park in Chester.

Txtlocal has agreed a five year lease for an undisclosed sum and has relocated from Chester Business Park.

Darren Daws, managing director of Txtlocal, said: "The growth in our business is directly related to the current financial climate and our continued investment in creating easy to use SMS solutions for our customers. Today's marketing budgets need to work harder than ever, and SMS marketing gives our clients the opportunity to talk directly to their customers in the most cost effective manner."

Txtlocal was launched in 2005 and has expanded its team from five to 11 this year alone.

Tom Creer, associate director of Beresford Adams Commercial, acted on behalf of PPLS in the deal.
