Two sign to Sale Point

Bruntwood has secured two office lettings at Sale Point in Sale, Greater Manchester.

Debt management company Harrington Brooks has taken 16,375 sq ft and housing charity Trafford Housing Trust has taken 21,110 sq ft. The rental agreements were not disclosed.

Sale Point is located on Washway Road in Sale and is currently undergoing a refurbishment to create offices with a new entrance and reception.

Following these lettings, Bruntwood said 37,485 sq ft of offices have been secured.

Bruntwood said it is now talking to other parties regarding much of the remaining 9,656 sq ft of office space. King Sturge and WHR are retained agents on the building.

Refurbishment of Sale Point is due to be complete in three months.

London took the top position on Arcadis’ 2024 International Construction Costs Report, while the North West city claimed the 12th spot.
