Two sign at Trafford Park

CB Richard Ellis has reported two deals at Parkway Trading Estate, Trafford Park, to outdoor retailer, Regatta, and decorative cladding supplier, Vivalda.
A 17,000 sq ft and 2.5 acres was sold by a private investor to Regatta. Vivalda has leased 8,000 sq ft at Unit 4B for 10 years from the same investor.
Gareth Pierce, surveyor in the industrial agency team at CBRE, said: "Parkway is a well located industrial estate, and following its recent refurbishment presents an attractive option for businesses looking for out of town industrial space close to major transport links."
CBRE acted on behalf of a private investor. WHR represented Regatta.
