Two sign at Audenshaw industrial estate
Valad has completed two lettings deals totalling over 30,000 sq ft at Shepley Industrial Estate South in Audenshaw, Tameside.
Packaging company First Packaging Services has signed a 10 year lease at £2.50/sq ft on 25,366 sq ft Unit 20.
Textile manufacturing company Multiple Winding has signed a five year lease at £3/sq ft on 10,686 sq ft Unit 6.
Unit 5, which covers 9,891 sq ft, is currently under offer.
The remaining units at Shepley Industrial Estate South range from 3,000 sq ft to 9,000 sq ft, with rents from £1/sq ft in the first year.
