Two new signings for Exchange Flags

UK Land & Property and Pochin have completed two new office signings at Liverpool's Exchange Flags. Global business services provider Regus and Deloittes have signed up to 29,758 sq ft between them at the newly refurbished Horton House.

Regus has leased 23,528 sq ft, while Deloittes has taken 6,230 sq ft at the office building.

The joint venture partners have previously signed property adviser Knight Frank for 4,500 sq ft and Strategic Back Office Solutions (SBOS) 6,900 sq ft.

The 160,000 sq ft Horton House was acquired in 2006 from Bill Davies' Walton Group for a reputed £20m. The larger Walker House wing of the building, 300,000 sq ft, was acquired in August 2007 for around £30m, also from Walton Group, to complete the ownership of Exchange Flags for the joint venture. Allied Irish Bank funded the acquisitions.

Keppie Massie, Cheetham & Mortimer and King Sturge are joint letting agents for Exchange Flags. The quoting rent was £16.50/sq ft.
