Two new lettings for Picton

The London-based investor has signed two new occupiers at Merchants House in Chester.

Korus Recruitment Group and Web Media 360 have taken three suites totalling 3,600 sq ft in the newly refurbished office building located in Chester city centre.

Picton senior asset manager Laurence Jones, said: "These transactions demonstrate the attractiveness of the space to dynamic and growing businesses wanting high quality and well located office space in the heart of Chester city centre".

"One of the main attractions is our ability to create bespoke suites configured and designed to specific occupier requirements".

Merchants House is a five storey office building with a range of office suites available up to 18,500 sq ft.

Beresford Adams and Wild Commercial Property advised Picton on the lettings.

Picton, London, was established in 2005 to invest both directly and indirectly in commercial property across the United Kingdom.
