International property investment and asset management company St Martins has completed lettings totalling 5,271 sq ft at Boulton House, Manchester.
Training company JHP Group has taken accommodation within the building on a five year lease at £14.50/sq ft.
The letting to JHP has followed a recent letting of the third floor at Boulton House to training company i2i, which took 3,927 sq ft on a five year lease.
Boulton House is located at 17-21 Chorlton Street, just off Portland Street, and in close proximity to Piccadilly.
