Segro has completed further deals at Greater Manchester industrial estate Trafford Park.

Lindab, which develops, manufactures and markets sheet metal products and system solutions for ventilation businesses, has taken a 44,080 sq ft unit on Hatton's Road on a ten year lease for an undisclosed sum.

Anders Revin, from Lindab, said: "Segro has made the process very simple, providing us with flexible accommodation and room for further expansion if required, on lease terms that really works for us."

The other letting is with Cable Glands, an independent company supplying the UK and overseas with products manufactured by companies including Pirelli, Hawke and ISP.

The company, which was formerly based on Westbrook Park Trading Estate, has taken 4,670 sq ft of space at Premier Park also on a ten year lease.

Both lettings follow on from the 114,483 sq ft of space taken at Trafford Park last month.

Hazel Lambert, leasing executive at Segro, said: "The volume of deals completed at Trafford Park illustrates that Segro's approach to leases is working. We focus on delivering the right product in the perfect location for our customers, working closely with them as their requirements change. So, whether they are relocating to, or expanding within the Park, we can provide occupiers with flexibility and peace of mind. The past two months have seen deals to both new and existing occupiers, which really demonstrates how Segro is listening to the market and adapting accordingly."

P3 Property Consultants and King Sturge are retained agents on Trafford Park.
