Two more for Hurstwood Court

Developer Hurstwood has let a combined total of 11,500 sq ft of industrial space to Energi and BSS Group at its synonymous scheme in Leyland, Lancashire.

There is now one unit of 5,200 sq ft available on the 30,000 sq ft site which opened three years ago.

Stephen Ashworth, chairman of the Hurstwood Group of companies, said: "Naturally, we are very pleased to have signed up two more tenants at Hurstwood Court. Our industrial units in Leyland have proved to be very popular and we have let six units, totalling almost 30,000 sq ft, over the past nine months.

"There's little doubt that these deals represent a real shot in the arm for the local economy as they bring with them good quality firms, jobs and investment.

"Hurstwood always had great faith in Leyland and, despite the tough economic conditions, it has been very popular. It is an excellent site – perfectly located in the heart of Lancashire, close to region's the motorway network and the build quality of the facility is first class."

Based at Navigation Business Park, Bolton, Hurstwood has commercial property interests in the North West, Midlands and Wales, with approximately 500 occupier clients at over 100 locations.
