Our industrial units in Leyland have proved to be very popular and we have let six units, totalling almost 30,000 sq ft, over the past nine months.
"There's little doubt that these deals represent a real shot in the arm for the local economy as they bring with them good quality firms, jobs and investment.
"Hurstwood always had great faith in Leyland and, despite the tough economic conditions, it has been very popular. It is an excellent site – perfectly located in the heart of Lancashire, close to region's the motorway network and the build quality of the facility is first class."
