Two lettings taken at Middleton industrial estate

Spencer Holdings has agreed to two lettings at its 32,950 sq ft Townley Park industrial estate in Middleton, Greater Manchester.
Airsafe UK has taken a 4,940 sq ft unit on a new ten-year lease and Shepherd Engineering Services has taken a 4,049 sq ft unit on a new lease over three years and six months.
Townley Park has seven units ranging from 2,550 to 9,100 sq ft with occupiers including Anglo Pacific Forwarding and Supertape UK.
Each of the parties represented themselves.
