Two existing tenants have taken further space at Royal London's Junction 8 Business Park in Ellesmere Port after agreeing deals on two warehouse units.
Packaging provider SCA Packaging has signed up to a new 10-year lease on a 45,000 sq ft unit which has been comprehensively refurbished.
Data supplier DDL has expanded by over 50% by taking a unit of around 15,000 sq ft.
Jonathan Thorne, associate director of industrial agency in CB Richard Ellis' North West team, lettings agents for the business park, said: "Junction 8 Business Park has proved popular with North West and national companies due to its strategic location on the M53 corridor combined with the provision of high quality accommodation at sensible rents."
Junction 8 Business Park offers trade counter and warehouse accommodation from 2,000 sq ft to 45,000 sq ft.
Royal London purchased the Wirral business park four years ago.
