Two lettings at Stakehill Park

WHR Property Consultants, acting on behalf of Commercial Estates Group, has secured two new lettings at Stakehill Industrial Park, Middleton, achieving a headline rental level of £4.25 per sq ft.

Aspray Transport, already a tenant at the park, will move to a new 25,011 sq ft unit. UK Mail, which has depots in Leeds and Trafford Park, has expanded its business by taking a 36,865 sq ft unit. Both tenants agreed 10-year leases.

Commercial Estates Group acquired Stakehill Industrial Park, which comprises 2.5m sq ft on 200 acres and is strategically located close to the M62, over a year ago.

John Barton, a surveyor at joint letting agents WHR, said: "Stakehill continues to go from strength to strength attracting new occupiers and retaining existing ones, which is testament to Commercial Estates Group's investment and commitment to the Park."
