Two commit to Birchwood Park

Alexander Mann Solutions and subsidiary Amiqus have relocated at the 123-acre estate in Warrington after agreeing a lease on 3,500 sq ft at 101 Dalton Avenue.

The specialist recruitment and outsourcing consultancy and its interactive entertainment, digital media and technology subsidiary are relocating at the site for a second time in 11 years. The two firms moved to Thomson House in 2000, before relocating in 2005 to Chadwick House at MEPC Birchwood Park.

As the lease came up for renewal, the team reviewed the options available across the Birchwood area, and after considering a number of possibilities, decided on ground floor accommodation at 101 Dalton Avenue after agreeing on a nine year lease with business park developer MEPC for an undisclosed sum.

Liz Prince, Amiqus business manager, said: "The decision to remain at MEPC Birchwood Park was influenced not only by the competitive rates, high quality of the building and good car-parking facilities, but also by the superb, easy-to-reach park amenities.

"The MEPC team is based on-site and has put in place a real infrastructure to support its occupiers, and this has been absolutely fundamental to the smooth-running of our business."

Quoting rents at 101 Dalton Avenue are around £16/sq ft.
