Tustin completes Red Scar deals
Three new tenants have signed leases for warehouse premises at the North Preston industrial estate, reports commercial property consultants Robert Pinkus & Co.
The three deals were completed at Red Scar Business Park, Longridge Road by Robert Pinkus & Co, acting as joint agent with Bailey Deakin & Hamiltons on behalf of the landlord Tustin Developments.
The first deal is a three year lease on a 5,090 sq ft unit at Red Scar Business Park to Hungarian Food. The second is a letting at Tustin Way, Red Scar Business Park, to Its2Go for a 1,000 sq ft unit on a three-year lease, and the third letting is for a further 4,200 sq ft unit at Tustin Way to Signs Unlimited on a seven-year lease.
