Turley expands at 1 New York Street

Turley Associates, the independent planning and urban design consultancy, has taken a further 2,602 sq ft at Invesco's office building in central Manchester where it already occupies 6,202 sq ft having signed a new 10-year lease for the rest of the 10th floor.

CBRE and OBI Property are the joint letting agents acting on behalf of the landlord, Invesco. Rupert Barron, director of Colliers International, represented Turley Associates.

It provides a strong base for our expanded and growing range of services, not only planning but also urban design, economic planning, heritage, local engagement and graphic design."

Notable hires at Turley in recent months included Jaimie Ferguson from BDP to head up urban design and masterplanning and economic analyst Richard Laming from GVA.
