TUCO takes Manchester space from DTZi

Acting for DTZ Investors, Savills and Edwards & Co have let 4,623 sq ft of office space at National House, St Ann Street to The University Caterers Organisation.

The professional membership body has agreed a five-year lease for 4,623 sq ft on the third floor of the grade two-listed building, which offers a total of 22,137 sq ft across six floors of offices.

TUCO will pay a rent of £16.50 per sq ft at the refurbished building, which sits at the junction with Cross Street.

Online marketing firm Simple Solutions, which took 1,165 sq ft at National House in December 2016, has since expanded to 4,167 sq ft.
