TSK wins Swinton brief

Swinton Insurance has appointed TSK Group to design and deliver the fit-out for the entirety of its offices in 101 Embankment, the 165,000 sq ft building recently completed by Ask Real Estate in Greengate, Salford.

Construction of the office finished last week, and TSK is now on site with the fit-out of the first three floors for Swinton, as part of the company’s phased move into the building.

Swinton was confirmed as the occupier for 101 Embankment last month, having agreed to take the whole building for use as its head office and customer contact centre.

There will be 1,000 Swinton staff over 10 floors.

Embankment is a two-phased office development on the edge of Salford and Manchester, which is being delivered by Ask Real Estate in a joint venture with Carillion and Tristan Capital Partners, in partnership with Salford City Council and Network Rail.

Following the deal with Swinton, Ask is now planning to start on site with the 165,000 sq ft neighbouring block, 100 Embankment, in spring next year.
