TSK wins Outsourcery contract

Cloud service provider Outsourcery has appointed the Salford Quays-based workplace specialists to design and fit out its new North West headquarters.

Outsourcery is relocating more than 100 of its employees from Bury to a 7,500 sq ft office at 1 The Avenue in Manchester's Spinningfields after signing a 10 year lease with developer Allied London and building owner IM Properties.

The office will become the new base for Outsourcery's customer services and technical support teams as well as HR, marketing, product and finance teams.

Outsourcery is scheduled to move into its new office this autumn.

Andrew Burns, joint managing director at TSK Group, said: "To support such a diverse range of working practices, Outsourcery required a particularly agile space that drew upon various expertise from across our specialist teams.

"Their strong brand also allowed us to develop a really vivid look and feel to the office where we've deployed Outsourcery graphics throughout to create a unique identity befitting of its headquarters."

Michael Ingall, chief executive of Allied London, added: "Our existing occupiers at 1 The Avenue; Armani, Australasia and McGrigors are demonstrative of the quality of tenant we are attracting. Outsourcery is no exception and just the type of technology-savvy commercial business we want to attract to the ever expanding and exciting Spinningfields."

Piers Linney, co-chief executive of Outsourcery, said: "The office is fully Wi-Fi enabled so staff can 'hot-desk' with other teams, and full HD video conferencing across all our sites means that teams based in London and Leicester offices can collaborate easily with their northern colleagues, so travel and accommodation costs can be managed effectively."

The value of the fit out contract was not disclosed. OBI Property represented the landlord on the letting and Paul Nichols & Co represented Outsourcery.
