Calderstones Partnership National Health Service Foundation Trust has taken the 8,627 sq ft second floor at the 25,877 sq ft Viscount House in Arkwright Court, located at Blackburn Interchange, Blackburn.

The trust has agreed a five-year lease with North West Industrial Estates for an undisclosed sum.

Danny Pinkus, partner at Robert Pinkus & Co, joint agent on the building, said: "Arkwright Court at Blackburn Interchange continues to be a popular location for local businesses that have a requirement for excellent transportation links.

"There are two floors from 8,294 to 16,719 sq ft still available at Viscount House that offer attractive new business space that's highly flexible to suit a variety of needs."

Arkwright Court business park is located at the M65's only motorway services and provides direct access to the M6 and M61 to the west and the M66 to the east. Nearby occupiers on the site include Capita, The Bee Radio Station, Mecedes Benz and ARCO.

Mason & Partners, Robert Pinkus & Co and Trevor Dawson acted for the landlord and Edwards & Co acted on behalf of the tenant.
