Trust occupies office in Blackburn
Calderstones Partnership National Health Service Foundation Trust has taken the 8,627 sq ft second floor at the 25,877 sq ft Viscount House in Arkwright Court, located at Blackburn Interchange, Blackburn.
The trust has agreed a five-year lease with North West Industrial Estates for an undisclosed sum.

Arkwright Court business park is located at the M65's only motorway services and provides direct access to the M6 and M61 to the west and the M66 to the east. Nearby occupiers on the site include Capita, The Bee Radio Station, Mecedes Benz and ARCO.
