FI Real Estate Management has let 10,500 sq ft of industrial units at the 8m sq ft estate in Wrexham.
Q Fitness North West has signed a 10-year lease for 3,000 sq ft. Raw plastic metal suppliers Technical Colour Supplies has signed a 10-year lease for 4,500 sq ft. Graphics printing company The Graphics Factory, has taken 3,000 sq ft on a 10-year lease.
These three companies join 350 businesses already on the site. FIREM is the largest landlord on the estate and manages 500,000 sq ft of industrial space. The firm gained approval for a further 200,000 sq ft of warehouses in 2019. AEW Architects is working on the designs and FIREM expects work to begin in the third quarter of this year.
The plans include one 25,000 sq ft unit, one 45,000 sq ft unit, and units ranging from 800 sq ft to 70,000 sq ft on the remaining space.
The company was also given approval to expand its offer by a further 200,000 sq ft on unused land at the estate in 2019.

Morgan is the former business and investment lead for Wrexham Council.
