Trio occupy offices at the Voyager

MAG Developments, the property and development arm of the Manchester Airports Group, has secured a number of new lettings at its Voyager office building.

Advanced Analysis & Integration, a provider of technological solutions to clients in the aerospace industry, and Klarius Group, a supplier of vehicle equipment, have each taken 2,000 sq ft.

Farfield Group, which supplies new technologies to the science industry, has taken 2,500 sq ft.

MAG said all three have agreed flexible leases in the region of three to four years for an undisclosed sum.

The deals mean total office space let in 2010 in the airport building, situated near to junction 5 of the M56 motorway, now totals 16,000 sq ft.

Jenny Westhead, property manager for MAG Developments, said: "As part of our move to become more customer-focused, both our offering and turnaround times have improved significantly meaning we are now satisfying every requirement.

"In addition, our recent efforts to highlight Manchester Airport as one of the premier business destinations in the region is starting to pay dividends and we are delighted to welcome these new customers to the portfolio. We are optimistic of a strong finish to 2010."

Agents CB Richard Ellis and WHR acted on behalf of MAG Developments.

MAG Developments has an investment portfolio worth £320m and manages an estate of over 5,000 acres, more than 200 buildings and 850 customers.
