Trio named on council M&E panel

Manchester City Council has selected NPS Property Consultants, Norman Disney & Young and Mouchel to advise on mechanical and electrical design and technical services.

The contract is worth £3m shared between the three appointed firms. They will deliver advice and services on heating, electrical power systems, ventilation, lighting, plumbing and other engineering services for buildings owned and operated by the council.

The council said there were nine bidders for the work.
