Trio move into Wigan industrial centre

Russells Construction has let three more units at its 30,319 sq ft Prospect Industrial Centre in Hindley, Wigan.

Following the £100,000 refurbishment of the nine-unit block, eight companies have now moved to the premises on Platt Lane, leaving only one unit remaining available for rent.

Oxyplast has taken a 3,560 sq ft unit, while Freeway Autos has signed to 2,142 sq ft and Diamond Wedding Cars has taken 2,144 sq ft.

The trio join current tenants including Ace Powder Coating, All Clear Glass, A&P Windows, Leisure Tech and Bright Electrical Supplies.

Andrea Littler, from Business Space Solutions, the managing and letting agent which is marketing the development on behalf of Russells, said: "These units have been refurbished to a very high standard and offer a clean and comfortable base for many types of business.
