Trio launch transport planning consultancy

Wilmslow-based Focus Transport Planning opened for business this month, under the leadership of directors Andrew Bell, Mike Hughes and Kayley Goulbourne.

The three worked together for over 10 years within the transport planning team at multi-disciplinary consultancy Axis, and during that time developed a portfolio of private development and local authority clients, working on projects across the UK.

Focus TP director Andrew Bell, who also previously worked for RPS Group and SCP Transport, said: “We understand that without the right support, the development process can often be a frustrating experience for clients. Communication is the key.

“Focus TP’s founding principles are to ensure that clients have a full understanding of the work we do, are always aware of progress being made, and have the comfort that experienced advice is just a phone call or e-mail away. We adopt the same client-focussed ethos to all our projects, no matter the size or scale and we are looking forward to getting stuck into some challenging projects in 2018/2019.”

Core clients include Russell Homes, Redrow Homes, Jones Homes, Anwyl Homes, Property Alliance Group, Watkin Jones Group, Cemex UK, and Morris Developments. The company also expects to work directly with a number of local planning and architectural practices.
