Trident hires senior building surveyor
The firm has appointed Paul Harris, formerly of Colliers international, to its six-person Liverpool team.
Harris is to focus on commercial building surveying, from inception and negotiating the scope of work with clients, to carrying out professional services and delivering projects. He has substantial experience of conservation work and is currently working on a grade two-listed building, providing specialist advice on refurbishment and maintenance.
Trident appointed Danny McEvoy to head its Liverpool office earlier this year. The firm works with clients such as Mason Owen and Kirkpatrick Property, for which Trident is carrying out office refurbishments.
McEvoy said of Trident’s expansion: “The fact that Trident’s North West presence has doubled in size recently speaks volumes about the strength of the market. And for companies such as ours, it’s not just our building surveying team that is busy: When the investment market is active our other services such as cost and project management services are increasingly in demand.”
Congratulations Paul! Great news. I know hard you work. You’ll be a great asset for Trident. Enjoy!
