Trident BC expands Manchester senior team

Trident Building Consultancy has appointed two associate directors who have both relocated from Australia.

Dan Scanlon is associate director of cost management and Tim Sansom is associate director of project management. Both have moved to the Manchester office from Melbourne.

Scanlon has expertise in residential and mixed use developments, warehouse developments, commercial offices and fit-out, and shopping centre expansion. He joins from his position as senior quantity surveyor at WT Partnership. Scanlon’s role will encompass project delivery, conceptual cost planning, procurement and tender evaluation, contract administration and business development.

Sansom has more than 12 years’ experience in project strategy and delivery, and moves from his role as associate director of project management at CBRE. His position at Trident will focus on strengthening the company’s project management offering in the North West.

The two appointments bring the Manchester office at Centurion House to 10 staff. The office has been open almost 10 years, and specialises in acquisition surveys, dilapidations, refurbishment and fit-out projects, and general technical advice for commercial property.

Trident Building Consultancy currently employs more than 100 staff across 10 offices in the UK and Ireland.
