Travel study addresses access to jobs in Lakes

Transport consultant Steer Davies Gleave has recommended a new interchange at Keswick and sustainable travel pilots in Bowness and Windermere in a report for the Lake District National Park Partnership.

The study, to be considered at a meeting of partners in April, examined options for increasing access to jobs and services while minimising environmental impacts.

Steer Davies Gleave has offices in Glasgow, Edinburgh, Leeds and London.
