Travel business relocates to Churchgate

Co-operative Travel Management has taken a 10-year lease on 10,000 sq ft in Helical Bar's Churchgate building on Oxford Street in Manchester.

CTM will relocate into the city centre from Tabley Court in Altrincham.

Helical Bar acquired Churchgate & Lee House in March for £34m and undertook a refurbishment and remodeling programme on the 250,000 sq ft offices.

Space is available in the buildings at a quoting rent of between £14.50/sq ft and £16.50/sq ft.

Co-operative Travel Management was advised by CBRE. CBRE and OBI Property are the joint letting agents.
