Two prominent industrial investments on Manchester's Trafford Park estate will be offered for sale at auction this month.

Producing £125,505 and £130,250 a year respectively, Units 1&2, Kestrel Road, and Parkway 4, Longbridge Road, are each being offered at guide prices of around £900,000-£1m at the Acuitus auction.

Both lots are currently owned by Co-operative Estates.

Units 1&2, Kestrel Road, total 24,134 sq ft, while Parkway 4 is 27,243 sq ft.

Auctioneer Richard Auterac said: "There has been increased interest in industrial investments in the auction room since the beginning of the year.

"Trafford Park is the North West's premier industrial estate and these are investments with potential."

The auction will take place at The Dorchester Hotel, Park Lane, London, at 2pm on Thursday 23 May.
