TMP tourism manager put on ‘gardening leave’

Alison Flint, head of visitor economy marketing at the Mersey Partnership, has been suspended from the organisation until further notice.

Place understands that an investigation is underway into Flint's conduct although details have yet to emerge.

Flint's duties will be undertaken in the meantime by Duncan Frazer, formerly director of Liverpool-based advertising agency the Finch Partnership, who had already been working as a consultant on TMP's England's Golf Coast campaign.

The Mersey Partnership declined to comment. Flint was unavailable for comment.
